Our Juvenile Roundup for the week from Monday April 12th to Sunday April 19th brought plenty of action, effort and great pride across the club.

The week got underway on Tuesday April 14th, when our U15 girls were involved in a thrilling encounter against Wolftones. The determination and work rate shown by every player was outstanding, with each girl giving everything from start to finish. While the result did not go their way, they can hold their heads high after a superb team performance. Congratulations also to Cristina and Nicoleta on making their camogie debuts.

On Wednesday evening, April 15th, our U9 girls hosted a football blitz, welcoming Simonstown and Ratoath. The girls were fantastic throughout and it was great to see such skill and enthusiasm on display. A big thank you also to our young whistlers Mia McCann, Eabha McIver and Leela O'Reilly who did a brilliant job officiating the matches.

Also during the week, our schools were proudly represented in the Mini 7s finals. Boys from Mulhussey NS and Kilcloon NS took part alongside Kilbride and Carlanstown, with Kilcloon winning all three of their matches including a tightly contested game against Mulhussey. The girls also put in a great performance in their blitz against St Pauls Navan, Wilkinstown and Coole, finishing as runners up after a series of strong displays.

Friday evening saw our U12 boys deliver a clinical and confident performance in their Division One clash against Ratoath in Kilcloon. Their sharp shooting and teamwork were clear to see and it was a well deserved result for the lads.

Saturday morning brought more great action as our U9 boys travelled to Ratoath for a blitz against Ratoath and Dunboyne. The boys performed exceptionally well and it is clear that all their hard work in training is paying off on the pitch.

Also on Saturday, our U12 camogie team had a very special day as they represented the club at the Caman to Croker event. The girls were outstanding across all of their matches and it was a memorable experience for everyone involved.

Well done to all our juvenile players for a fantastic week of sport and for representing Blackhall Gaels with such pride and spirit 💙💛
