Another fantastic weekend for our juvenile players in Blackhall Gaels, with great energy, effort and pride on display across the club.

Our U7 boys took to the field for a hurling Go Games blitz hosted by Trim, where they lined out against both Trim and Navan O Mahonys. The boys showed great bravery and determination throughout the morning and represented the club so well. We are all incredibly proud of them.

Our U15 girls had a busy and exciting weekend in the LGFA Division 1 Féile. After some fantastic football in Dunboyne on Saturday, the girls showed great resilience. Despite a tough result against Donaghmore Ashbourne, they bounced back with strong wins over St Colmcilles and Walterstown to secure their place in the quarter finals against Simonstown on Sunday. The girls gave everything in that match and played with huge heart but it was Simonstown who progressed on the day. They can be very proud of their efforts and the example they are setting for the younger players coming through the club.

Congratulations also to our own Tara Fagan from the U11s who was part of the St Cocas Athletics 4 by 200 metre indoor relay team that won a silver medal in the national championship finals on Saturday. Having already qualified by winning the Leinster championship, this is a fantastic achievement. It is always great to see our young players enjoying and succeeding in multiple sports and we look forward to seeing Tara back in Blackhall colours again soon.

Well done to all our juvenile players for representing the club with such pride and spirit 💙💛
