A day later than usual for our Juvenile update due to the Bank Holiday but a great week of activity for our young players nonetheless. It was a great bank holiday weekend and, with a lot of schools still closed tomorrow, hopefully, this evening has been a relaxing one for most households.

WEDNESDAY
U15s BOYS HURLING TEAM

The U15s boys took to the pitch in Rathcairn and faced Clann na Gael in a tough match. With just the 15 players available they put in a strong performance & reacted well to setbacks. Well done on the win boys πŸ”΅πŸŸ‘

U13s BOYS FOOTBALL

Our U13 boys footballers turned around a 10-point half-time deficit to win by a point against Wolfe Tones in Kilcloon on Friday evening. By all accounts, it was a great performance by the boys and very enjoyable to watch. Well done boys πŸ”΅πŸŸ‘

Despite the cold, our U7 hurlers had a great morning on Saturday when they met St. Colmcilles in Laytown. The skill levels of all the players are improving with every game and training session πŸ’™πŸ’›

U9s GIRLS CAMOGIE

BHG U9s camogie girls were up bright and early Saturday morning for their trip to Donaghmore-Ashbourne. All 3 teams acquitted themselves very well and played 3 games each. The team would like to say a special thanks to Brenda and Caroline for helping out on the day.

U13s GIRLS FOOTBALL

The U13s Girls Blue Football team travelled to Stamullen on Saturday to take on St. Pats. The girls had a great win and put on some super displays of football during the match.

U11s GIRLS CAMOGIE

To round off the bank holiday weekend our U11s Camogie girls took on Na Fianna in 2 thrilling games. There were lots of tough challenges and great play shown by both teams in Kilcloon. Thanks to Mia and Helen who rose to the reffing challenge for the evening.

Well done on a great week, some great games coming up this week so let's get out and support our teams πŸ”΅πŸŸ‘
